Reliance Global Call

Reliance is not attending phone call to solve my Issue..I tried more than 50 times...I am unable to make call..

How much money is remaining in my account?

Same issue no response from them and just an email that the account has been suspended. I cannot even log on to my account. This is shameful! A reputed company such as Reliance with such poor service. 

they shut down my account, because my credit card denied payment for some reason.

I offered to pay using different credit card or check, but they insist it needs to be done online, but I tried that and it won't accept payment. 

Nobody is willing to help.
