Still cannot make conversation with the India destination even after following the suggested procedure! I am loosing patience.
I’m unable to make any calls to India - whether through the reliance app or directly calling the reliance number. The line rings once and disconnects.
I’ve tried to log in and out of the app, uninstall and reinstall the app, turn off and turn on my phone. None of these have fixed the issue.
Why is this app such a horrible one to use? There’s always some problem or the other. Very irritating.
Why am I not able to recharge ?
What a question .....
They never answers on tickets. No active chat. No phone number for support. Worst customer support,
