How do I recharge my account? On which link in your message do I click which would take me to my personal account page where I will be able to recharge my India calling account.
Why is your service so poor? The number on web page is useless. Response for any question takes 24 hours? I have been using this service for very long and I am sorry to say I am frustrated.

When I call the toll free number to call friends and family which is on the webpage it disconnects before it rings. I tried it several times. If I call the local number which I have at my old residence city the call will ring and ask to put the number to call then when it asks for the code it says error or the code is not correct. I chatted and the rep email that it was correct. It tells me incorrect 5 times before I get connected at the next try. It tells me that I have over 500 minutes but it still says that I have put wrong code or the code is wrong.. Very frustrating and annoying!!!!!!

I cannot make calls to my family, I added $25.00 to my account. First call said I have 1200 minutes and second call is not getting connected.
The phone number which is on the webpage rings twice and disconnects. Is there a better number?
I have sent several messages to log into my account. I have not received any response.
