How do I access my account to look at the balance in account and other items?

i want to add my credit card number for automatic recharge.

When paying for the Value Added Plan i.e. 600 minutes for $6.99,   I get the following error message and my payment is not processed. 

"Index was outside the bounds of the array".

Please advise how I should proceed. Thanks

How do I recharge my account? On which link in your message do I click which would take me to my personal account page where I will be able to recharge my India calling account.

I have sent several messages to log into my account.  I have not received any response.

The phone number which is on the webpage rings twice and disconnects.  Is there a better number? 

I cannot make calls to my family, I added $25.00 to my account. First call said I have 1200 minutes and second call is not getting connected. 

Why is your service so poor?  The number on web page is useless. Response for any question takes 24 hours? I have been using this service for very long and I am sorry to say I am frustrated.
