How do I access my account to look at the balance in account and other items?

When I call the toll free number to call friends and family which is on the webpage it disconnects before it rings. I tried it several times.  If I call the local number which I have at my old residence city the call will ring and ask to put the number to call then when it asks for the code it says error or the code is not correct. I chatted and the rep email that it was correct. It tells me incorrect 5 times before I get connected at the next try.  It tells me that I have over 500 minutes but it still says that I have put wrong code or the code is wrong..  Very frustrating and annoying!!!!!!

Same for me. Trying to contact customer care. But no response. So frustrating
How do I set up pin for my account? Also, when I called toll free number no one picks up.
How do I update my payment method?

Issues are not handled to my satisfaction. It is frustrating. It is  useless
