Credit balance not updated

I had recharged an amount of rupees 1180, yesterday. But it's still not updated. I had contacted your 24/7 customer care and they said it will be updated in 4 hours. My credit balance still shows zero balance. This is the first time I am using this app and I am truly disappointed. Dr Jayashree

I am charged for FULL ON PLAN and you provide me only 1100 minutes

i am  unable to access my accont. it is showing the incorrect user id.

there is no one in the customer care to contact, very upsetting  and not helpful atall

my account is not activated since 4th January, could you please activate it

I have paid my bill 24hrs ago. Still my phone is not working. The customer service numbers don’t work Reliance is the worst company I have had experience with. Nobody cares for customer service. The website is broke the customer service number does not connect. I hope someone can help
