Value pack

I am subscribed to the Value pack plan. The plan says that I have 600 minutes of talking time. But when I make a call to India, it announces that I have 200 minutes less. I am noticing it for the past 2 months. But not sure if it's happening before also. I sent so many emails to customercare and chatted with many representatives. But no response yet.


Is anyone facing the issue? It is annoying.

Yes, I also just noticed this same problem. I signed up for the value pack (600 minutes) but when I make a call it says only 200 minutes are available!

I wish to know my plan details , based on reply I may switch to some different plan .

I was given 2000mins initially for $15. When I started calling it says 1000mins. have other issues. They won't budge. They simply take money. No customer satisfaction. 

RESPONSE!!!!?????   customers satisfaction is not their interest.
