I am signed on to full on plan since 5/14/2020 with 2000min validity for a month per plan using toll access number.
Recharge on plan occurred on 6/6/2020.
Total min used till 6/6/2020 is 77776 sec =1297 min. All calls were made using toll access number.
Why was I shortchanged 700 min or so?
Please let me know .where are my old min. how many min after recharge
