I am having problems in recharging my phone

Not able to charge my credit card .. and not able to login ... asking pin.. so many issues.. don't know what's the customer service phone # .. either.. it's frustrating.

Stopped working. I have automatic recharge setup and they are taking money through my credit card. How to recharge?

I have tried many times to recharge but have been unsuccessful.

You charged my credit card but phone was not working. Whenever I tried to call India automatic message coning to recharge your account.  You took money from my account but you did not update that phone service to remove that block. I tried two weeks after you charged my credit card. Then stopped trying and request to refund that money and cancel the service.
