Tried calling, chatting, email.  No response

charged twice. no reply. closing the tickets with no proper reason. 

we might need to complain to FTC if there is no customer service

Thanks a lot Shankara mslwes.  Let us do that and try to get the info out there.  Does this company even exist in our planet ?  where exactly is this located ?  Who is the CEO ?  I am intrigued.  How can such a huge company be so hopeless ?  Which phone service does the CEO use ?  

Whether it works or not we should let folks know.

I would like to start a campaign for ALL of us (customers) to dump Reliance en masse... what do you think  - will that work ?  No.  I don't think so.  Nobody is going to realize it !!  The firm has 0 employees !!

I was using this service for a while and the service is very poor. 

They advertise 24/7 customer service, but the number does not get connected.

I try to go on chat, no one responds to the chat.

The access number provided does not work.

I am frustrated and going to cancel my monthly service.

Yes for sure it should be called as dead chat.

For the past few weeks, I could not make calls to INDIA from USA. Customer service is not available.Live chat is a joke with reliance.

I might try VONAGE  and cancel Reliance.

And to add to it all, the message I just posted has disappeared. That does it. Enough is enough!

I have called, left messages, tried to chat... to no avail. They have been working on my problem... very hard I am sure. If I do not hear from them in another day, I am cancelling my account.
