Can't call India and no support from chat service

Unable to make calls to India or UK, and online chat doesn't work or someone chooses not to respond . Terrible service.
No customer support and no reply
Same here - calls stopped connecting, and no answer on 888 customer service number and no response yet to support ticket.
Seems they have gone under, no response, no call backs. Seems like we can not Rely on Reliance!!
Similar experience. No support from Chat session, then called on customer service and never went trru. keep disconnected every time I made a call.
Ditto, I have the same problem as above. Has the company closed down?

Can't call India although I have the balance to make the calls.
Got a message on the chat that they will take a few minutes and then a thank you ! Obviously message responses automated.
They obviously don't have a support system in place.
Others have the same complaint.
